The terror attacks have left a scar for sure, I feared going to the gateway of anger (like the news channels put it) to avoid any possible repercussions, if the terrorists turned up there too.

The govt too must have feared for the people there as they have imposed section 144 in Mumbai, i.e no more than 4 people can assemble at a time.

Though nothing can really be said about them put that into action, as the smoking ban which was imposed similarly is more like a joke with policemen sharing ciggies with the civilans.

Terror attacks in the city have been numbing more than anything. Nobody expected them to strike so soon.

One is safe nowhere, neither in the trains nor in the five star hotels. Before I feel ready to go to work, I will have to face a chilling truth and admit to myself that my life might not end the way I want it to.

I don’t want people to believe that they are avenging some injustice by causing more harm. I feel like addressing the terrorists, counseling them and most importantly listening to them and their grievances.

I think they just want to be heard and understood. Their attacks are more like kids’ tantrums to get his mothers’ attention than anything else.

In our search for a sophisticated motive, we overlook the ones that come naturally to us.

Though i don't know how such completely brainwashed minds can be shown the light of day, it still looks better to me than war which seems to be in the offing, what with all proof pointing only one way.

... the only way we survive these terrifying fears is by knowing, What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

Hey... just cleared SCJP with a 77% ... feels like a big load has been lifted off my head... like i have finally completed my responsibility or something, so it's great ... m reading this great book from on The Art of Strategy by Partha Bose who has used the life of Alexander The Great, yeah the conqueror of most of india as a reference point to grant insight into the world of strategy...n picked up this book by u guessed it Mario Puzo, The fourth K, 1st few K's are supposed to be the Kennedy's... yeah doesnt sound too awesome but picked it up jus cz its a puzo, if he's even half as good as he was when he wrote The Godfather, The Last Don , The Sicilian and Omerta... it's well worth a read.
